About Us
The Office of Budget & Institutional Analysis (OBIA) is the official source of University information regarding state allocated budgets, students, faculty, departments, colleges, and certain traditional higher education indices, such as institutional revenue sources, student headcount enrollment, student credit hours, student and faculty demographic information, and graduation and degrees awarded information.
The OBIA reports to Paul Brinkman, Ph.D., Associate Vice President for Budget & Planning, and is comprised of two supervisors and several highly talented and hard working staff.

- Manage Cash Management and Research Overhead Funds

- Respond to Data Requests and provide statistics for student assessment studies
- Report University statistics to USHE and yearly reports to IPEDS
